Bringing a clock in
Drop-offs are welcome during business hours. Before you travel, remove and wrap the pendulum separately, take the weights out of a floor clock, and pack the case upright with padding around it. Never let a pendulum swing loose in a car — it is the most common cause of a broken suspension spring.
